KINEMATIK is currently organizing and producing INSITU Site-Specific Dance Festival
A unique two-day dance festival taking place at four LIC waterfront parks on July 8th + 9th The first of its kind, INSITU includes free public outdoor dance performances by 24 professional NYC based dance companies, and a free three-month community dance workshop. The mission of INSITU is to activate public spaces through dance and to build community through the Arts. It is an initiative to strengthen, bridge and celebrate the diverse communities living along the LIC + Astoria.
